How is works?

Once the payment has been processed we automatically send you a Passenger Locator Code. You can use this code on the Passenger Locator Form (PLF). This is a non-refundable payment.

We will process the order during our usual working hours (9am and 5pm) and aim to deliver it the day after you arrive (Day One) or very rarely on your Day 2. Please let us know if this hasn’t arrived by 2pm on Day 2 of your arrival.

Receive your kit at the appropriate time after arrival at your chosen address of isolation as stated on the Passenger locator form.
Register the barcode on the sample bottle on the online platform as explained in the information leaflet enclosed in the pack.

If this process isn’t followed, the lab will not be able to report your findings to you.

Self swab and post (or courier if in a rush) your samples back to the nominated lab using the track able envelope provided. This is usually delivered the next day (Except on weekends) , results may take up 36 hours from receipt.
